Easy to understand
Clean screens, plain words and big buttons. Your team can pick it up on the first visit.
Taskel puts your schedule, customers, visits, photos and team messages in one easy app. No bloated software. No confusing screens. No week of training. Just a clear plan for every crew, and an office that knows the moment a visit starts and finishes.

Why Taskel
Most field service software feels heavy, cluttered and built for someone else. Taskel is different. It gives your team one simple place to see the day, do the work and show it’s done, without turning every visit into paperwork.
Clean screens, plain words and big buttons. Your team can pick it up on the first visit.
Crews see just their own visits, with the address and the note for the crew. One tap to start, one tap to finish.
See what has started, what is done and what still needs a crew, without calling around.
We set up your workspace. You invite your team by email. No long onboarding project.
How it works
A normal day with Taskel, from the first heads-up to next week’s plan.
6:00 AM
Each crew member gets a morning heads-up with their visits for the day. Today lists them in order, with the address and the note for the crew.
8:02 AM
When the crew arrives, they tap Start. The office gets a notification right away. No phone call, no “are you there yet?”
9:40 AM
Before-and-after photos go straight onto the visit, so the office can see the work without asking for it.
10:15 AM
Every visit has its own chat. Notes and questions stay with the visit instead of getting lost in a group text.
10:48 AM
Tap Finish and the visit is marked done. The office sees it the moment it happens, and the crew moves on to the next one.
4:30 PM
Customers on a plan, weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or monthly, get their next visits booked in one tap. No retyping the same visit every week.
English & Español
Every screen in Taskel works in English and Spanish, and each person picks their own. The office can plan in English while the crew works in Spanish, on the same visits.
Features
Taskel keeps the essentials in one place, without the clutter of oversized field service platforms.
See the whole team’s week at a glance, then open any day to see who is where.
Every visit in order, plus what needs attention: visits with no crew and customers on a plan with nothing booked.
Addresses, phone numbers, notes for the office and notes for the crew. Plans can be weekly, every 2 or 4 weeks, or monthly.
Big buttons for the field, and an Undo for the days a thumb slips.
Upload several at once from the visit and view them full screen.
Direct messages, team groups and a chat on every visit, with unread counts so nothing slips by.
Push notifications when you’re assigned, when a visit starts or finishes, and when someone messages you.
Everyone sees what they need. Crews see their own visits and customers, with prices and office notes kept out of view. Permissions are checked on the server, not just hidden in the app.
Your visit list, ready for the spreadsheet you already use.
Taskel runs in the browser on any phone, tablet or computer, and adds to the home screen like an app.
Simple enough for the crew. Clear enough for the office.
Trades
One simple platform, shaped for each trade. Cleaning is live today, and more trades are on the way.
Recurring plans, notes for the crew, photos on every visit and a clear Today for every cleaner.

Yes. Taskel has three roles: Owner, Office and Crew. Crews see only their own visits and those customers, with prices and office notes hidden. Every request is checked on the server, so it’s not just a hidden button.
Yes. Give a customer a plan, weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks or monthly, with a day, a time and a price per visit. Then book their next 2, 4, 8 or 12 weeks of visits in one tap. Visits that are already booked are skipped.
